Cancelling and Returning an order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations , you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery. Except where we say otherwise, you must return the goods to the point of dispatch within a reasonable period of cancellation.
Exceptions
Under UK and EU law you have a right to change your mind about a purchase made over the Internet in accordance with the above conditions. Except where otherwise stated or unless the goods are faulty or have been supplied as substitutes for your order, you will be required to pay the costs of returning the item to us — please keep proof of posting of your items.
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible as we can only cancel an order providing it has not been dispatched by us.

In this case, we will contact you to discuss either an alternative product, refund or provide a timescale of when the item might be back in stock.
